The
Royal Court Equestrian Centre |
For those who are interested in
riding, the Royal Court Equestrian Centre has excellent
facilities, and we prepare pupils of all levels of ability
to ride confidently.
For the pupil who simply enjoys the fun of riding,
to those who wish to learn how to properly look after
a horse or pony, to the keenest and most able young
competitor, there are supreme riding facilities and
instruction.
We have invested over £3 million in our purpose-designed
Equestrian Centre. Modern stables open on to a large
covered yard which, gives direct access to the 2½ mile
all weather cantering/jumping tracks, our indoor arena
and floodlit grass paddocks and all weather outdoor
arena.

|
These superb riding surfaces provide the junior rider
with the finest riding facilities of any independent
preparatory school in Europe, with stabling for over
90 horses and all stables and support services under
cover. |
We have a farrier’s and
veterinary area on the premises, and a mare and foal
stable. There is comprehensive fire-protection to
ensure the highest level of security for all the
horses. |

 |
Not everyone wants to be an equestrian
star, especially at an early age, and we welcome pupils
who simply want to have fun riding, and or possibly looking
after their horse and enjoying the companionship of like-minded
friends. |
Our team of riding instructors is led by a very experienced
BHSI and all other instructors hold the appropriate BHS
qualifications.
Learning about horses, and how to look after them, is
just as important as learning to ride. We have several
classrooms in the Royal Court Equestrian Centre.
|
Adopt-a-horse
For pupils who do not have a horse or pony we can provide one, with tack, inclusive
of insurance, shoeing, vaccinations, vet’s fees, worming etc. for a pupil’s
sole or shared use during term time, for a very reasonable termly fee.
